Shipping Information

 

Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed at the time of purchase.

 

For every order, shipping fees are charged accordingly to your selected shipping method during order processing.

Normal Shipping: +S$1.00

Express Shipping: +S$2.00

However, orders that are above $50 are instantly granted free express shipping.

 

International Shipping

 

We are very sorry to inform you that we do not carry international shipping at the moment. Do drop us an email (oakthelabel@gmail.com) or CONTACT US if you really require international shipping for our products, we will do our best to find the best solution for you.

 

Order Process

After filling up the Order Process form, an invoice will be sent to you for payment instructions within the next half an hour (please check your email and phone for invoice verification). Once payment is made, we will verify the transaction and orders will be dispatched once payment is approved.

Delivery

 

Estimated arrival date for products depends on your shipping method.

Normal Shipping : Please allow 3-5 working days for arrival of your products from the day of your submission of payment.

Express Shipping : Please allow 2-3 working days for arrival of your products from the day of your submission of payment.

Returns

 

If product reaches you in a faulty or damaged condition, we will offer a full refund (less shipping cost) for the product within 10 days of delivery. For such matters, please write in to us at oakthelabel@gmail.com

 

Cancellation/Changes/Exchanges

However, we are sorry to inform you that no cancellation and changes of orders can be done once payment is completed.

Payments

Payment is to be made within 24 hours from the moment the invoice is being sent out and acknowledged.

We accept only Singapore Dollars. Acceptable payment methods are only iBanking and ATM Transfers (POSB/DBS only).
